Now THAT looks like a zuchinni recipe I could live with. And now that I have my bags of frozen, shredded zukes for later breads, I shall definately try this.
Do you think BACON might go with this?
I think bacon would be an excellent addition. What really makes it yummy is the fresh tomatoes with the toasty melted parmesan cheese!
